Refund Policy

1. Cancellations Prior to Dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team at care@dwarikadhees.com or WhatsApp +91 98765 43210. In such cases, 100% of your payment will be refunded to your original payment method immediately.

2. Refunds for Returns

Upon receipt and quality inspection of returned unstitched garments at our New Delhi atelier, your refund will be processed via your choice of:

• Original Payment Method: Credit Card, Netbanking, UPI, or Debit Card (processed within 5 to 7 banking days).
• Dwarikadhees Store Credit: Issued instantly via digital gift voucher with 1-year validity for seamless re-shopping.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

For orders fulfilled via Cash on Delivery, refunds are transferred directly to your bank account via NEFT/IMPS or UPI upon provision of your account details.
