These Terms & Conditions govern your access and purchase of goods from Dwarikadhees Haute Couture ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing or making a purchase on dwarikadhees.com, you agree to be bound by these provisions.

1. Handcrafted Variations & Artisanal Authenticity

Because each garment is handcrafted by human artisans utilizing natural raw silks, organzas, and manual zari looms, minor variations in weave texture, zari sheen, and color shade are intrinsic hallmarks of authentic Indian handlooms, not defects.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices listed on the website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) inclusive of applicable GST for deliveries within India. For international orders, customs duties and taxes levied by foreign destination borders are payable by the customer.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All photography, branding assets, royal emblems, editorial copy, garment motifs, and website design are the exclusive intellectual property of Dwarikadhees. Reproduction without written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All contracts, orders, and disputes shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
