1. Domestic Shipping Across India

At Dwarikadhees Haute Couture, we take profound pride in ensuring that your luxury garments reach you in pristine, celebration-ready condition.

• Dispatch Timeline: Ready-to-wear and unstitched sarees are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of order verification.
• Transit Timeline: Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai) typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Non-metro and regional locations arrive within 4 to 6 business days.
• Courier Partners: All domestic shipments are routed via insured priority logistics partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, and Air India Express.
• Complimentary Shipping: We provide FREE express shipping across India on all orders above ₹2,999. For orders below ₹2,999, a flat shipping charge of ₹150 is applied at checkout.

2. International Worldwide Shipping

We deliver our imperial ethnic collections to connoisseurs worldwide across over 80 countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Singapore, and Europe.

• Courier Partner: All international parcels are shipped exclusively via DHL Express / FedEx International Priority.
• Transit Timeline: Delivery is completed within 7 to 10 business days from dispatch.
• Customs & Import Duties: Please note that custom duties and import taxes, if applicable by the destination country's regulations, are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.

3. Made-to-Order & Custom Stitched Garments

For couture garments that require bespoke blouse tailoring, made-to-measure lehengas, or custom colorways, an additional processing window of 7 to 14 business days applies to allow our master artisans to stitch and hand-finish your piece.

4. Order Tracking & Real-Time Notifications

As soon as your parcel is sealed and dispatched from our New Delhi atelier, an automated SMS, WhatsApp, and email update containing your Airway Bill (AWB) number and live tracking link will be transmitted to you.
